About the London Sangerstevne

The London Sangerstevne is a non-competitive, international choral music festival that takes place annually in London, United Kingdom - usually over a weekend in May.

This well-established annual event is popular with youth and adult choirs alike, and participants frequently travel from far and wide to perform at the festival concerts in front of an informed and appreciative audience.

Originated in Norway, the concept was brought back to the UK in 2004 by professional musician Philip Norman

Since then, thousands of choral singers have travelled from all corners of the globe to take part in this exceptional event.
